Refunds and Right of Withdrawal

As an EU consumer you can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. Because you ask us to start straight away, you pay for what you have already used and we refund the rest.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Jonas Misiūnas, wingig.ai, Hermann-Löns-Weg 15, 76275 Ettlingen, Germany, email: info@wingig.ai) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
What this means for wingig purchases
Before you pay, you confirm the following:
“I ask wingig to start providing the service immediately, before the 14-day withdrawal period ends. I understand that my right of withdrawal ends once the service has been fully provided (for a credit pack: once all its credits are used), and that if I withdraw earlier, I pay for the part already provided.”
- Credit packs — if you withdraw within 14 days, you pay for the credits you have used and we refund the unused ones. Once all credits in a pack are used, the service has been fully provided and the right of withdrawal ends.
- Pro subscription — if you withdraw within 14 days of a payment, you pay for the days up to your withdrawal and we refund the rest of that payment.
Cancelling Pro
Cancelling is separate from withdrawing. You can cancel Pro at any time on your account page. Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again. Cancelling does not refund the current period.
If the service is faulty
If the service does not work as described, you have the statutory rights for defective digital products (§§ 327 ff. BGB). Contact us at info@wingig.ai.
