Terms of Service

1. Who you are contracting with

wingig.ai is operated by Jonas Misiūnas, Hermann-Löns-Weg 15, 76275 Ettlingen, Germany ("we", "us"). Contact: info@wingig.ai.

2. What the service does

wingig.ai generates draft proposals for freelance job postings using AI, scores drafts against a rubric, and helps you write a profile summary. You supply a job post and information about yourself; we return a draft for you to review, edit, and send.

3. No affiliation with Upwork

wingig.ai is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Upwork Global Inc. in any way. "Upwork" is a trademark of its respective owner and is used here only to describe what our service is for. You are responsible for ensuring your use of wingig.ai complies with the terms of any platform you submit proposals to.

4. Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old to use wingig.ai.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
• One person per account. Do not share an account or resell access to it.

5. Plans, credits, and billing

• Free — limited use, currently up to 3 scores a day without an account, and with a free account up to 5 scores a day and 3 generated proposals a month. Free use may also pause for the day when overall demand is high. These limits may change.
• Credits — a one-time purchase of 10 credits for $5. One credit is consumed per generated proposal. Credits do not expire.
• Pro — $15 per month for unlimited proposals. It renews automatically each month until cancelled.

Prices are shown before purchase and do not include VAT, as we are a small business under §19 UStG. Payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel a Pro subscription at any time; it stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds are covered by our Refunds and Right of Withdrawal page.

6. AI output — read this before you rely on it

Proposals produced by wingig.ai are drafts generated by an AI model. They may contain mistakes, awkward phrasing, or statements that do not accurately reflect your experience. Our scoring includes a check that flags claims not supported by the profile you provided, but it is not guaranteed to catch everything.

You are responsible for reading and editing every proposal before you send it. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any claim you make to a client, including claims that originated in AI-generated text.

We make no promise that using wingig.ai will win you work, increase your reply rate, or produce any particular outcome.

7. Ownership

• Your content stays yours. You keep all rights to the job posts, profile text, and proposals you submit or generate.
• You grant us only the limited permission needed to run the service — to process your content, send it to our AI provider to produce a result, and store it if you save it.
• Our software stays ours. The site, its design, and its underlying prompts and code remain our property.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for anything unlawful, deceptive, or fraudulent
• Submit content you do not have the right to submit
• Attempt to extract, copy, or reverse-engineer our prompts or models
• Scrape or automate access, or resell output as a competing service
• Circumvent usage limits, including by creating multiple accounts
• Attack, overload, or interfere with the service or its infrastructure

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these rules, without refund where the breach is serious.

9. Availability

We aim to keep wingig.ai running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service depends on third parties including our AI and hosting providers, and may be unavailable during maintenance or outages. Features may change or be withdrawn.

10. Liability

We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and for injury to life, body, or health. For ordinary negligence, we are liable only for breach of a material contractual obligation, and limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract. Liability under the German Product Liability Act is unaffected.

Beyond that, and to the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits statutory rights you have as a consumer.

11. Ending the agreement

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from the Account page, which permanently removes your data. We may terminate or suspend access if you materially breach these terms.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will notify you by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of any mandatory law of the country where you live.
